Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful partner JP and my fun-loving Dad Henry are also part of our families. Most people know me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I share my life- both highs and lows as well as all in between. In 1990 I moved to America with my brothers as well as my parents, when I was one and a half. If it wasn't for my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice without which I'm sure I wouldn't be here sharing my life. When I realized that I had the potential to have a brighter future as a young adult, I was determined to succeed and make my parents happy. My plan of life was in a way that I could go to university, get a job in a corporation, marry and buy an apartment. The life I had planned for me was not what was actually. As of 2013, I was anxious about going to work. position because of the amount of money and fame that did not bring me joyand I was feeling like I was wasting my life away for a paycheck when I knew I was meant for more. I had a love for working out and I enjoyed being social and helping others while I walked this new path in life I found my niche in private training. In 2014, I founded my own small business. It will be my seventh anniversary in 2021. For an Asian female in this business, it is rare to find women like us. As the coach I am, my objective is to inspire people and help them lead a happily and in good health by creating sustainable lifestyles which meet each person's needs and goals. Furthermore, I try in empowering others to achieve their goals and dreams in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. My mother's passing, which occurred as my career was gaining momentum and I suffered the most devastating loss of my life. After eight years of battle with Scleroderma, she is at peace in Heaven. I will never forget her. I forever keep her in my thoughts and heart. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us However, they can be highly valuable. In many ways, the loss of my mother changed me. It is my belief that she gave me another opportunity to experience her loss. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her new journey and allow me to have my second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. In my 30s I am able to feel the joy that I am alive and living. It's not like you're just an ordinary person anymore. My story is being shared with you so you can hear from me about you my experiences and words. This can help you be aware that you are not alone. You are capable of any thing if you put your heart into it. Therapy is natural and important. Health is one of the best asset. My prayer is that you can live your in fullness and let your death be without regrets because that's the only thing that we can count on in this life.
