Bella Poarch's birth Filipino parents had Bella in the Philippines, on February 9 in 1997. Her grandmother was raised in the slums by her biological parents until when she was 3 years old. Then she was adopted. Her adoptive family is made by a Filipino adoptive mom and a white American army veteran.
